Local corporation has an immediate need for a Receptionist to be responsible for the efficient operation of the front office. 

Duties include:

  • Greeting, welcoming, directing, and announcing visitors professionally and appropriately 
  • Answering, screening, and forwarding any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed
  • Maintaining a clean and organized reception area, break room, and supply room 
  • Receiving and sorting daily mail and deliveries 
  • Managing files, record systems, office supplies and inventory
  • Completing daily administrative checklist


  • Ability to maintain a high level of concentration with frequent time pressures and constant interruptions
  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time 
  • Ability to drive and travel as needed
  • Ability to maintain sustained visual attention for considerable periods of time 
  • Ability to listen to client directions, as well as direction of managers and co-workers.
