Full Charge Bookkeeper

Accounting department has an immediate need for a Bookkeeper to provide general accounting support for the corporate office.

Duties include:

  • Checks figures, posting and documents for correct entry, mathematical accuracy and proper codes
  • Classifies, records, and summarizes numerical and financial data to compile and keep financial records
  • Debits, credits and totals accounts in computer spreadsheets and databases, using specialized accounting software
  • Receives, records and banks cash, checks and vouchers
  • Complies with federal, state and company policies, procedures and regulations
  • Codes documents according to company procedures


  • Knowledge of General Accounting practices and techniques
  • Ability to communicate effectively with management and employees
  • Skilled in the use of MS Office Suite
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, preferred.
