Customer Service Representative 

$15-$17/hour; Temp-Perm

Description 

National Consumer Products Company has an immediate need for a Customer Service Representative to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction. 

Duties include:

  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction 
  • Order entry duties
  • Manage orders and requests via vendor portals
  • Assist with placement of orders/parts orders
  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned vendors maintaining professionalism at all times 
  • Handling complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication

Skills/Experience:

  • Proven customer support experience
  • Strong phone contact skills and active listening
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and mange time effectively
