Customer Service Representative 

$15-$17/hour; Temp-Perm


National Consumer Products Company has an immediate need for a Customer Service Representative to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction. This individual will provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that consumers may call/email about. Will also assist with orders, errors, account questions, billing, cancelations, and other queries. Must have strong MS Office skills. Degree preferred. Working knowledge of AS400 or SAP, a plus.
