National Manufacturing company has a need for a professional Recruiting/HR individual to assist in all hiring procedures. 


  • Strong communication skills along with high attention to detail 
  • Ability to come up with successful souring plans based on need of each departments i.e: Engineering and Management staff. 
  • Improve sourcing channels to enhance recruiting efforts
  • Track internal referral program 
  • Knowledge in Employment Law and EEO A MUST
  • 3.-5 years' full cycle recruiting in manufacturing environment 
  • Ability to recruit for multiple facilities throughout the United States 
  • Behavioral interviewing, a plus 
  • Degree, preferred
