Customer Service Representative

Description

International Supply Company has a need for an Account Manager/Client Support Representative. This individual will be responsible for customer support for their international clientele. Key responsibilities include:

  • Provide prompt and accurate confirmation of purchase orders
  • Provide prompt and accurate responses to email and telephone requests involving hold requests, stock availability, data improvements and other changes
  • All verbal and written correspondence should be accurate and professional
  • Complete and forward commercial documentation for each export shipment
  • Communicate with freight forwarders to know and understand special shipping requirements for each country
  • Establish new account information and update distributor price lists accordingly
  • Update price lists with new product releases
  • Provide sampling, banking, credit and company information to potential customers

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years' of customer service/account management experience
  • Global Sales/Customer Service Experience
  • Professional with great references
