Customer Service Representative

$13-$16/hour; Temp-Perm 

Description

Busy, growing office has a need for a Customer Service Representative. This individual MUST POSSESS 2-3 years' of CSR experience and excellent job stability. Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Answering inbound calls regarding:
    • Order status, tracking information
    • Pricing
    • Problems with delivery
    • Invoice problems
    • Technical questions
    • Verbal Orders
    • Inbound emails regarding:
    • Orders
    • Quotes
    • Cross-referencing
    • Bids
    • Credit Issues
  • Additional duties:
    • Investigate problems with delivery including working with trucking companies, internal paperwork and computer reporting
    • Work closely with accounting department on any credit issues regarding pricing, issues with shipment, etc
    • Work closely with production on order status
